Vegan/Gluten Free Power Balls

Ingredients:

1. 3 tbsp of organic raw honey

2. 1/2 cup of organic peanut butter (or cashew/almond butter)

3. 1/4 tsp organic vanilla extract

4. 1 1/4 cup of organic gluten-free oats

5. 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips

6. 1 tbsp chia seeds

7. 1 small pinch of salt


Directions: 

1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or line your countertop with wax paper

2. Mix all wet ingredients together

3. Add oats and dark chocolate chips

4. Stir until completely combined

5. Use hands and roll into even balls

6. Place on wax paper

7. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes

8. Enjoy!
