HOW DID YOU GET YOUR START IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?

I’ve been an athlete my entire life and played Division 1 soccer in college. Growing up, I always found myself loving the conditioning, agility and weight lifting aspect that went hand in hand with my sport. Once my soccer career came to an end, I fell in love with being in the gym on my own! For the first time I didn’t have a coach or trainer telling me what to do and was totally in control of my body and my workouts. The gym quickly became my “me time”, my happy place and my escape from the stresses of life. It also helped me transition out of the competitive mentality I’ve always known. I channeled that drive, competitiveness and love of my sport into self love, self drive and competing with only myself to become stronger and even more fit than ever. It became a healthy addiction. 


HOW DO YOU STAY CONSISTENTLY MOTIVATED? 

Don’t get me wrong, I have days where I have zero motivation to workout! That’s when self-discipline and routine come into play. I made a commitment to myself to live a clean and healthy lifestyle and sometimes it's a matter of just getting to the gym and sticking to my daily routine! You have to create a healthy habit for yourself! Once I am there and get going, I can’t describe the feeling of satisfaction and great accomplishment that immerses me knowing I am doing something to better myself physically, mentally and emotionally.


WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO CREATE the dannah eve brand?

Health and fitness are my passion and I created Dannah Eve as a lifestyle brand to motivate and inspire people to improve their overall well-being! My goal is to expose people to the same feeling of euphoria I have come to thrive off off. I can’t wait to introduce you all to the Live Clean Train Mean lifestyle. 


WHY DO YOU THINK IT’S IMPORTANT FOR SOMEONE TO LIVE A CLEAN AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE? 

Living a clean and healthy lifestyle is so important for many reasons. These days, there are far too many factors that can negatively affect someone's overall health. Eating a clean and healthy diet, combined with physical activity can help you reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), boost your confidence and self esteem, and drastically improve your day-to-day life!
